Stephenie's weekend with the cast and a few cast additions!

Stephenie spent the weekend visiting with the cast of Twilight recently! See her pictures and read what she has to say about meeting them here. I'll be adding her pictures here tomorrow because, as we all know, her site may go down with all of the traffic this will bring.

Christian Serratos will play Angela. According to the announcement on her MySpace blog, she's about to leave for Oregon to begin filming.


Bloody-disgusting.com is reporting that Billy Burke, Taylor Lautner, Edi Gathegi, Gregory Tyree Boyce, and Sarah Clark will join the Twilight cast. I don't have any confirmations yet, so I will update as soon as I find out more.

What if he's JACOB!?

A member of IMDb who was kind enough to share his story about his Jacob Black audition at the open call stated that he was more or less turned down because they were looking for a "rougher Indian". Here's his head shot. I'm not sure about you, but I don't think that Taylor is "rougher" than he is. They were also very adamant about finding an authentic Native American in their multiple casting calls.

I'd keep my eye on Gregory Tyree Boyce (AKA the mystery cast member). I've been searching for any news about who that might be for hours now, and there is nothing on the internet about that person. So, rest easy for now. If it turns out that Taylor is our Jacob, be assured that the casting directors saw something in him that makes him worthy of such a pivotal role, and keep an open mind!

If anyone has any news on Gregory Tyree Boyce, PM me immediately. You will automatically achieve hero status and so many brownie points!

Does anyone have a picure of Gregory Tyree Boyce? I can't find one anywhere and I'm dying to know what he looks like!

I just want to put this out there...BE CAREFUL when searching for information on our mystery actor. A few of the TTF staff members and I came across quite a bit of incorrectly labeled internet porn while trying to find some answers for you. Things labeled as screen shots of Gregory Tyree Boyce, for example, are NOT in fact screenshots of Gregory Tyree Boyce. We will find out soon enough who all of our actors will play Please be careful.

On another note, a user on IMDb called Taylor's agent and found out that:

1. Taylor does not have a significant role.
2. An annoucement will be made next week regarding the casting.

Obviously, anyone could have made up some loony story about calling Taylor's agent, but I thought I'd pass along the information.
